    There are many treatments available on the market for the lips, which are often made more dry by licking them frequently, strangely enough. A moisturizer is usually better than petroleum jelly for moisturising the lips.

    Try the natural eczema prod for babies- they say its safe for lips etc.
    Worked really well for my daughter- not lips- but reduced a lot
