What are these bumps on my arms?

Tiny little red and white bumps are on my arms, mostly from my shoulder to my elbow. I’ve had them for about 3-4 months.
Here are the possibilites I think it might be:
Tanning
Acne
Eczema
Skin Disease?

Do you know what it is and how can I treat it preferebly without seeing a doctor? (I’m only 13 and my mom won’t take me to get my arms checked out.)
I am tan, but I don’t even try tanning (I swim a lot)
I clean my skin every day with acne products(proactive and clean&clear)
I don’t know how I would’ve gotten eczema
Possibly from my vaginal infection?

Look at the website below and see if the pictures look like what you have. Then do a google search for more info. My kids have this, and if they use a bath pouf and scrub their arms every day in the shower it makes it show less. Then if your skin is dry, rub some lotion on it-your proactive or clean and clear lotion or anything with salicylic acid will help the most. Good luck!

I have that too. Most girls our age have it. My mom ask the doctor what it was and he said that we just don’t have our adult skin yet. It will go away once you get older. All the girls in my school have it and we always complain about it.

its called a heat rash. im guessing its itchy at times? i get them during baseball season, its just from your arms being dry. evne though your swimming a lot the chlorine dries our your skin, so put moisturizer on it. and it will go away atfter a while.

Eczema doesn’t come from a vaginal infection. If you do have eczema which is comming and not to worry about certain soaps will help control it, soaps with oatmeal work really well. How many times have you asked your mom? Plus just call your doctor yourself. he has to help you out.

It sounds like a build up of substances on your skin, lots of people get these too so your not the only one. Exfoliate a couple of times a week you can buy one from most shops and if you can buy an exfoliating mit or body brush and this will improve your skin all over, don’t forget to moisturize as well.

Any chance for you to go to the pharmacy and have the pharmacist take a look at it since your mother seems to be inconsiderate of you? Also the school nurse may be able to help you. Eczema is thickening of the skin and it itches constantly so it doesn’t sound like it to me.
