Hello there. You can try one of the natural remedies available online: just google "natural remedy for eczema" and take your pick. Some of them do actually work. For my atopic eczema the herbal cream by Champori works the best: it takes abot 2 weeks to clear the patches and then they stay clear for months on end. Try it: champori comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.
    Cheers,
    Stella

If it’s mild and surficial, I found Polysporin cream (not ointment…way too greasy) to be good at making the fine cracks heal quickly. It’s formulated to do that, after all, and it worked for me! You don’t need very much either…just spread a thin layer over the eczema immediately after washing it.

I also take omega-3 fatty acid supplements each day.
