vaginal eczema? please help me?!!!?
I went to the gyno and they just gave me bethematisone (sp) nystatin and tricaminole, and no relief. my derm said just use vagisil and learn to deal with it, i could have worse problems. i really cant think of something more embarrassing and gross than vaginal eczema! what home remedies could i use to get rid of the itch and stop it from coming back. slippery elm doenst work and i wear cotton undies, just wash down there with water, and sleep in the nude. i feel gross and annoyed please help. no one else will help me

For vaginal eczema, the areas several times with fresh water and do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps. Also use mild steroid cream and good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.
