ok so i have eczema on my arms, neck, and face. it kills me to look in a mirror because my face is red and splotchy.
eczema causes dry skin as well but for the most part my skin is pretty moist.. my doctor gave me elidel and i hardly ever use it but i read that it releives eczema flares? i also use the clinique 3 step system and i am level one. i also use the vaseline creamy formula ointment religiously. and the redness comes and goes but is there most of the time 
and its itchy and has dry spots and i cant even sleep through the night because i scratch scratch scratch!!
i am miserable and i have had eczema since i was a baby
i take zyrtec too
i just wanna know if certain foods agrivate my eczema or any cures u know

ever since i was a little kid i have had this problem with my skin where it gets wrinkly dry spots and if i dont treat them they turn red and have flaky skin on them and at the worse they bleed. I dont think its psoriasis or eczema it just seems like dry skin. I went to a dermatologist and he said that its not fungus or anything and he did not really have a name for it. If I put hydrocortizone ointment or cream on it, it gets a little bit better from what seems like being moisturized. I have tried all types of cream like aquaphor and cocoa butter and hydrocortizone but it can only make it a little better and can never cure the patches. At best they become invisible to the eye and I can only barely feel that the skin is dry there. The dry patches seem to go away on their own and appear elsewhere sometimes over the course of a couple of months. What the hell is this and have you ever encountered anything like it and how could i treat it? ty all

I have used Protopic, and many creams… no effect whatsoever for good.
It started with dry skin rashes behind knees and elbows… now my whole body is rough, and feels like the skin of a basket ball. Hands are full of rash and my face is chapped. i am 13 i have realized that i had really dry skin for over a year now and i have like lighter skin color patches witch have like dry peeling under my neck on my right elbow and on both my fourarms and on both my legs right under my knee please give me a natural cure or treatment that i can make at home because i have already tried creams and my mom is tired of spending alot of money on them. i have tried coconut oil and it has worked but since it is winter it has gotten alot worse it itches reallllllyyyy bad and it is rellly dry and i cant get rid of the lighter patches is there like a healthy diet that could help or like a shake i can take out of vegetables or fruits or a vitamin anything natural pleasee and no steroids please it is really emberassing people stare at my arms and legs and i have really skinny legs so it just looks like something is wrong with me): please helppppp and people who have this understan.
