I have eczema very badly and I use cortisone 10 cream since lotions don’t seem to work. Put it on first thing in the morning and right before bed. Also do not take really hot showers just warm…luke warm ones and do not rub yourself dry….pat dry. Use lotion after your showers and shower every other day. Water will dry your skin out. This should help

Neutrogena hand cream ultimately cleared up my persistent Ecxema. Aveeno, the heavy stuff also works. Eucerin, again the really heavy stuff. Cortisone cream helps if it is really burning or itchy. Also, a bath with about a cup of white vinegar helps too. Kinda helps to rebalance the ph of the skin.

Hello there. I suggest that you should try cream/spray combo for eczema from Champori.com It is herbal (steroid-free) and works better and faster on my eczema than anything else I tried: I haven’t had a relapse for more than a year now after only a couple weeks of treatment. Champori comes with the money back guarantee, so if it doesn’t work – it’s free.
    Best,
    Bernadette
