Try Coconut Oil.You can pick it up at any health food store around. It does all sorts of wonderful things.
Aloe Vera Gel works great. Buy the pure gel from a health food store, not the stuff from the drugstore that is full of additives and stuff.
Not natural but Cetaphil (as a soap) and Eucerin (lotion).
For natural I would start with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Products work different for everyone.

ouch! Well in case if you change your mind about the medicen being all natural talk to a dermatologist about triamcinalone cream .01%, but aloe vera works very well, and so does 100% pure petrolium jelly.
I have eczema, and about a year ago, I found a product that stops the itching. You can use as much as you want and use it as often as you want. The product’s name is SARNA. It comes in a bottle with a dispenser for easy use. It costs about $ 10, and I found it at Walmart in the pharmacy section. Ask the pharmacist because it usually is behind the counter.
Good luck!!
evening primrose oil (5 g), omega-3 fatty acids (3 g or more and can help reduce any inflammation), probiotic (serving size on label), vitaminn e (800 IU use natural with tocopherols), milk thistle extract (500 mg), artichoke extract (500mg and helps the liver), and zinc and copper (50mgs of zinc, 3mgs of copper. use together contributes to either difficiency). try to keep your skin moisterized often with things like omega oils and flax oils. hope this helps.
I’m sorry I don’t know any “natural” cures, but there is a website with excellent information that also sells some quality products – http://www.dermadoctor.com.
You can look up information by the condition (in your case, eczema) or by the brand name of the products they carry. There are articles from the doctor, as well as the opportunity to ask specific questions. Maybe they could shed some light that would steer you in the direction you want to go.
This may or may not be a helpful suggestion, but I would consider your diet as well. Eliminate foods that contain artificial substances (artificial sweetners, colors, flavors, fats) and margarine-based products (all hydrogenated fats) and see if this is beneficial for your skin. (I KNOW it will be beneficial for your overall health!) I always notice a difference in mine when I eat foods containing these ingredients. And although I don’t know this for sure about eczema, I know that many skin conditions can be aggravated by the acidity of your food. (In other words, avoid things like pickles, orange juice concentrate, etc).
It may be helpful to order all-natural homemade soaps and lotions from a local healthfood market, but again I can’t swear by this one. I do believe that alot of chemicals and man-made contributions to the food and products we use are detrimental…and sometimes conditions that we thought we had to put up with will lessen or clear up altogether when we eliminate the offending irritant from our cosmetics or foods.
Last of all, consider your laundry detergent and/or fabric softners. Don’t use anything with fragrance. There are so many “free and clear” products out there now – free of dyes and fragrances….even dryer sheets. Believe it or not, this can make a huge difference for skin that is sensitive or itchy.
I hope you find what you’re looking for. Good luck!
I have your perfect solution! Theses products are awesome….I have them all! Oils and lotions just for those reasons! All natural and inexpensive too! Call him and talk to him about your symptoms and he will advise you!

the food triggers the eczema.avoid eating those foods.even you apply topicalcreams it wont work cause the allergy is happening internally.you have to correct your diet to attain better results.
