I had Eczema For way too Long ?
I have had eczema since I was born and I still have it now.
I shower on alternate days, or sometimes only 2 or 3 times a week.
I have been trying to avoid using cream and Steroid creams everyday, as I heard from some people that Its not always good to keep using it, also it does not cure the eczema it only suppresses it. ( I wish Scientists would come up with a Cure !!)
I also used to take Anti-histamine tablets to prevent the itch. though For a long time now, it didn’t work for me, so I stopped taking them.
I heard that ”Neem” Worked for some people ? though what works for someone may not work for someone else.
1) Sometimes I get a Frozen packet of Pea or something from the Freezer to press against the flared up part, usually the side of the legs & Behind the Knees.
2) To stop my self from scratching, I say to myself,
”it will Bleed” most of the time it works.. sometimes I still
end up scratching, punching, stroking or tapping the
itchiness.
Any ideas ?

There is no cure for eczema…there’s only things that help control it and you have to continue using them…
I have Eczema bad. I heard that Aveeno Eczema care works good. Aquaphor and petroleum jelly products are good.
Hello there. I strongly recommend that you try the herbal anti-eczema cream/spray combo from Champori.com: it is steroid-free and works better than anything for my e. It also comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.
Best,
Bernadette

My friend has eczema and he said that salt water feels really good, I don’t know it you live by the ocean or not.
heredity and genetics play a vital role in passing eczema from one generation to another. it may appear at some point in your lives especially when the immune system is low. it can also be triggered by skin irritants and allergens.
to avoid eczema flare ups there are lot of things to consider like:
* keeping fingernails trimmed
* using an all natural moisturizer throughout the day will be helpful in keeping skin moist
