Hello there. Keep your patches moisturized at all time (Vaseline in a very good option). For the itch use ice packs or Cortizone cream (in moderation, it is a weak steroid after all). From my personal experience with eczema I recommend the anti-eczema ointment from Champori.com : it works fast and effect is long-lasting. Try it: it comes with money back guarantee so there is nothing to lose.

Are you certain it is Eczema and not some other skin condition like a fungus? Has a doctor told you that you’ve got Eczema?

I get Eczema on my face and legs sometimes, however a combination of Hydrocortizone and vaseline usually does the trick and it goes away in a couple of days. You said you’ve had it for years? That seems more severe that just Eczema.

Natural eczema cures are full of benefits and works well in preventing eczema outbreaks. Because they are natural they do not cause harm or irritation to the skin.

In my case, I use Skin Original. it really works well for me. For the past few years I have been using it, I never had eczema outbreak again. But also keep tack of your diet and watch out for the triggers of eczema and avoid them. Keep yourself hydrated and avoid long baths. Do not wear rough and tight clothes as they trigger an outbreak. I hope this helps.

You can find good advice at the National Eczema Society site. They also have a list of ingredients that should be avoided – its worth checking if your current products may have a potential irritant or eczema trigger.

    Good luck
