so im doing what i can to treat my skin condition including starting to see a acupunctureist to see if that works along with taking supplements and eating right.

No I have not tried it , but what I can recommend is changing the detergent to scent and color free (Tide free). I use aveeno daily on my hands especially after I wash them. Use a scent free soap like Dove it really worked for me, my hands would crack and bleed, but after all the changes I made my hands are beautiful.
