My daughter had eczema really bad when she was born and for the first 12 to 14 years of her life. The doctor had her use OTC hydrocortisone creams on the really itchy areas and then Eucerin lotion or cream all over the affected areas. You need to keep the affected areas lubed up all of the time, that may mean putting cream on 2 or 3 times a day. Don’t take too hot of showers or baths and put lotion on immediately after getting out of the tub to retain the moisture that you have just put into your skin showering. Taking Advil every 4 to 6 hours will help with the inflammation. Take heart, my daughter is now 23 years of age, and has very little if any problems with eczema. Hopefully you will grow out of it also. Some people do. Good luck.

There are a few natural things you can get from the health food store that may improve the condition. One is apple coder vinegar. This site here talks about it, suggesting that there is usually a potassium deficiency in those suffering with this condition (and apple ciider vinegar from the health food store has lots of potassium in it. It’s important for it to be from the health food store as it’s a more natural product.)

This other website here talks about many other kinds of natural herbs and treatments that may help your condition.

For other websites on the topic, just search "eczema;natural cures" and you should be able to come up with others.

    Hope it helps! :)

Hello there. I suggest that you should get anti-eczema cream and spray combo from http://www.champori.com It is natural (herbal) and works better than anything else on my eczema. I haven’t had a flare up in more than a year now after only 2.5 weeks of treatment! Try it; it comes with money back guarantee so there is nothing to lose.
    Best,
    Bernadette
