I couldn`t tell for sure, but if it is circular and has small white spots on that circle, it is ringworm. Get some anti-fungal cream, that should clear it up.

Skin conditions could be very tricky to diagnose. I personally have eczema and know that sometimes its hard to figure out if my skin is irritated because of the eczema or something else. I think your best best is to see a dermatologist who can help you identify your skin irritation.
This isn’t something a lay person can reliably answer. (Its in your best interest to consult a dermatologist (or maybe a practicing R.N.))
Chill out! If you’re so worried go see a doctor. It’s probably Eczema. There are treatments for it. If you have ringworm, tell me this: have you eating rotten food, food off of the ground, food with white particles in it, food from someone else, or just eaten something way nasty?
Oh girlfriend you may have ringworms and you need to see a doctor soon!
