Tara honey I feel your pain, I suffer from psoriasis and people have no idea how frustrating it is, how it makes you feel and how painful it is.

My cousin suffers from excema and the following have worked for her over the years.

She is currently using an plain epizone-a cream and mixing it with a few drops of tea tree oil, ( try a small patch at a time as all skin types are not accepting of tea tree – I cant use it)

We used to sew oats into small material bags and she used to put them in her bath.

Rooibos tea bags, might help to sooth, strain in some warm water, allow to cool and lay in skin, the rooibos thats left in jug/cup can be used in bath too.

    Good Luck sweety!

i know how irritatating that itching might be, but the more you scratch that can lead to infection, you might need to go to the doctor and get a prescription cream or ointment. And it may be a family history since she had it that long. Also have you tried going to a dermatologist?
