Are there any natural remedies to help severe eczema?

Hey everyone! Here is my situation. All winter long I have had horrible eczema on my right hand, and my right hand only. I have also gotten eczema in the same spot in previous years. There is a big patch of it close to my thumb, but now it is spreading to the bottoms of my fingers. It is always so itchy, and when I scratch it it bleeds and looks like hives. I have tried pretty much every cream available in my city, and even the cream my doctor prescribed to me does not work. I noticed today that the skin on top of the patch is pealing, and when it isn’t inflamed it is a weird green colour. Are there any natural remedies you know of that can help my eczema? Or even something you can put on eczema using things you have around the house? 10 points for the best answer, and thank you in advance!

I had eczema when I lived in Afghanistan. It turned out that I was allergic to something. When I left Afghanistan and changed my diet, the eczema disappeared.

The best remedies that works for my eczema is herbal remedies from serenaskin.com. I like that it is natural, no steroids. Steroid creams made my patches worse in a long run.
I used ointment and spray to clear the skin and now just take anti-eczema extract to prevent flare-ups.
My skin has been clear for more than 8 mo now.
